We’ll examine the limitations of clinic-based and fragmented care, and introduce a reimagined approach that combines virtual and in-home services to improve access, engagement, and outcomes. Using Nice Healthcare as a case study, we’ll show how a hybrid care model can reduce total healthcare spend while delivering a better employee experience—meeting patients where they are and intervening earlier to drive long-term value.
