Program Summary & Key Takeaways:

Each of us plays a critical role in fostering well-being, yet we often carry the invisible weight of supporting others while managing our own stress. Through reflection and practical tools, attendees will assess their own stress responses and develop strategies to build resilience.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

    • Distinguish between stress and burnout and understand their impact on well-being and performance
    • Identify the key triggers, warning signs, and long-term consequences of burnout
    • Explore practical, science-backed strategies to relieve and prevent burnout in yourself and others
    • Assess your current responses to stress and resilience to identify focus areas for personal well-being
