About the Speaker:

As Concierge Strategist, Donna's role involves implementing and supporting various initiatives to assist business partners in attracting and retaining talent. The oversight of the Community Concierge program focuses on helping candidates, new hires, and their families explore the many facets of the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo area, fostering connections and encouraging community engagement. Through different levels, Premier, Customized or Icebreakers, the program is dedicated to welcoming all people to the community and ensuring it becomes a place where everyone can find their sense of belonging and thrive.
