    About the Speaker

    Diana Williams – SVP, Corporate Benefits, NFP: 

    Mitch Kudrna – Employee Benefits Manager, Bell Insurance: Mitch is currently an Employee Benefits Manager at Bell Insurance with 12+ years of experience. Primary focus is large self-funded and fully insured clients. He is experienced with analyzing health utilization data and recommending plan design and education changes employers can make to better channel employee engagement and utilization. Mitch also supplies employers with consulting services on compliance, HR assistance, wellness, and employee education along all lines of employee benefits. Prior to joining the Bell Insurance, Mitch worked for the largest health insurance carrier domiciled in North Dakota in a sales and service role. Mitch’s role is to help you strategize and implement a successful benefits package to your employees along with monitoring on-going utilization.

    James Kallod – Retirement Plan Educator, Bell Bank Wealth Management: James is currently a Retirement Plan Educator at Bell Bank. With over 12 years of experience specializing in ERISA-regulated retirement and benefits plans, James is passionate about helping individuals navigate their path to retirement through clear, engaging education. James is dedicated to promoting financial literacy and empowering individuals to make confident, information decisions about their financial futures.
