About the Speakers:
Meghna Gangwani is an HR leader with expertise in business partnering, total rewards, organizational development, and employee experience. She has led HR strategies across industries, driving change management and global employee initiatives. Meghna advises Plootus on optimizing 401(k)/403(b) plans and has held roles at Global Atlantic Financial, Stash, and a tech startup. She holds degrees from Cornell and Delhi School of Social Work.
