About the Speakers:

As senior retirement plan consultants, Jennifer Hill and Connie Schultz are dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service when assisting employers with their retirement plans. They work with clients on everything from plan design to participant education, making sure participants understand the importance of saving for retirement and the advantages of enrolling in an employer-sponsored plan. Jennifer grew up on a farm near Tenney, Minnesota. She is an honor’s graduate from Cannon Financial Institute and earned a degree in finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She lives in West Fargo with her husband, Matt, and their children. Originally from rural Mahnomen, Minnesota, Connie graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in business education. Connie lives in Hawley, Minn., with her husband, Brandon. They have three grown children. Both currently hold the following designations:
