• Examine the impact of civility on the organization

• Identify their role in creating a civil work environment

About the Speaker:

Susan Williams has a long career in teaching, professional development, and public speaking, spanning education, business, and non-profits. Her Master’s Degree focused on adult learners and she enjoys having an immediate impact on a person’s approach to work, leading them to insights and providing information and knowledge that changes how they see themselves, their colleague, and the larger community.
