About the Speaker:

Donna Heck is the Concierge Strategist at the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce where she specializes in welcoming and acclimating individuals to the region.  Donna enjoys creating custom, genuine and warm experiences for newcomers.  She works closely with businesses to create curated tours and lunches for candidates and new hires to learn about engagement opportunities in the community.

Donna also has built a network of Icebreakers, community champions, and helps them connect with newcomers to share with them the vibrant aspects of Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo communities that align with their individual or family interests and passions.  She loves blending innovation with intentionality to introduce newcomers to the lifestyle aspects of the region so they can appreciate why living here is special.

Donna is dedicated to showcasing the warmth and charm of the community while providing newcomers with an authentic glimpse into the region’s offerings.  Her passion lies in fostering genuine connections and providing a sense of belonging so newcomers and candidates can envision themselves living in our community and want to call this home.
