Join our College Relations Director, Jill Wenger, alongside Chelsey Singhateh from Bobcat, and Danielle Jacobson and Brooke Fleming from Border States.

Program Summary:

Identifying and hiring up and coming talent may feel like a moving target, but having a solid internship program may help you hit a bullseye! We will briefly recap last year's internship presentation, take a look at how two local companies have built successful internship programs and gain perspective from recent interns about what had the biggest impact on their internship.

About the Speaker:

Jill Wenger is the College Relations Director at FMHRA and is the Associate Director at the Concordia College Career Center. 

Chelsey Singhateh is the Early Talent Program Manager at Doosan Bobcat.

Danielle Jacobson is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Border States, where she supports hiring manager in the recruitment process and helps lead and organize their 12-week summer internship program. She has been with Border States for 5 years with 3 of those being spent in HR. She enjoys connecting with college students and the energy and new ideas they bring to the workforce!

Brooke Fleming is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Border States.
