Program Summary

We’ve entered a new era of benefits where employees place a premium on personalization and empathy, and healthcare costs are rising dramatically due to advancements in pharmaceuticals, inflation, and post-pandemic challenges. As an employer, how do you meet the needs of a workforce expecting a more personalized approach to benefits when costs continue to rise? What new solutions should be on your radar as you begin planning for 2025? Join us as we deep dive into the 2024 employee benefits and healthcare trends and look at innovations in plan design and care delivery impacting ND and MN.

Key Takeaways

2) Local Evolution: New plans and new ways to access care in ND/MN.

3) Healthcare costs - the pressure is on.
