Speaker Bio

Sabrina and Donna grew up on a small farm in SD and spent their days competing against each other in sports, school activities and whatever else they could potentially turn into a game. Both moving north to attend college they both graduated and landed their first job at the same company. This only fueled more competition as sisters but also this is where they learned how their differences could make an impact on the organization. Today they still work in the same industry and are using their past experiences, their internal need for competition and their own personal strengths to not only improve their organizations’ culture but also their bottom line.
