Program Summary

A fearless leader is a person who is undeterred by challenges or obstacles. They are confident in their abilities, willing to take risks, and achieve their goals. Most importantly they inspire and equip others to do the same. They create a space where fear doesn’t hold people back. Fearless leaders value and develop cultures where people speak up, take intelligent risks, and focus their energy on what drives success. Fearless leaders help create psychological safety.

In this session, participants will learn how to define psychological safety. The workshop will assist participants as they connect the dots between organizational health and psychological safety. By exploring the 4 domains of psychological safety, participants will be able to identify psychologically safe environments and those that are not.
