Steven safely ran the machine for 5 years, then got injured. Joanne has produced high quality work for a decade, until for no obvious reason it declined. No matter how robust your safety and quality programs are, the primary threat is an employee’s physical, social, or emotional well-being.
Learn how employers who apply a NIOSH Total Worker Health® (TWH) approach break down siloed safety and health strategies. Practical insights will be shared by an advisor from the HealthPartners team who implements with employers best practices developed with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Center for Work Health and Well-being (CWHW). Employers implementing TWH have seen reduced injuries, claims, health risks, and more.
