The workforce and talent shortages every industry in the FM Metro is experiencing is at the top of everyone’s mind and is truly holding our region back from reaching its true growth potential. In this 60-minute session, we will dive into what the numbers are actually telling us, how we compare to the national level and other states/regions, and actionable strategies your organization can deploy to go against the trends.
