Program Summary
Work Life Blend is a concept that focuses on how our work and life outside of work can co-exist in a manner that is effective and take any additional pressure off the employee. In this training we will consider the difference and similarities between work life balance and work life blend. We will examine the benefits and the struggles of work life blend. Finally examine how to encourage and effectively practice work life blend.

About the Speaker:
Robert joined The Village Business Institute in April 2015 as an Employee Assistance Program Trainer, and regularly provide training sessions on diversity, leadership and personal development topics. He has a bachelor's degree in History and a master's degree in Education with an emphasis in counseling and leadership from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. He also has a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a doctoral candidate for the Educational Doctorate in Leadership from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I have been an adjunct faculty member for the University of Jamestown Master of Arts in Leadership program, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and Kennesaw State University.
