Program Summaries:

Weed, Pay Transparency, Harassment, Investigations, Oh My!

In 2021, HR might reach some sort of normalcy.  However, there will be no shortage of shifts in employment law that will require additional flexibility, candor, and adjustments to traditional HR functions.  This session will go over major HR trends impacted by shifts in marijuana legislation and responses to increasingly loud calls for pay transparency and improved working conditions.

Learning Objectives

  • Prepare for implications of legalized marijuana, including strategies on how to handle increased use
  • Understand possible changes to standards for liability in harassment
  • Learn tips to handle a workplace investigation to obtain the best, most credible information

About the Speaker:
