By creating Employee Experience (EX) intentionally, leaders can build an environment that supports and inspires their team. During this session, HR practitioners will gain practical insights into what they can do to create a better EX for their people. The hour will include opportunities for participants to reflect on how they impact EX in their company, as well as time for questions at the end.
