There’s no way around it. If you work with or supervise people you are bound to encounter a wide variety of personalities. Our differences can leave us feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and questioning how we can possibly be effective in our roles and our organizations.

Join us to move beyond the frustration by learning four practical strategies that will pave the way for greater success in interactions with personalities different than your own. These strategies can be used to equip and empower yourself as well as those throughout your organization.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn practical strategies to implement and utilize when working with or supervising a variety of personalities.
2. Engage in interactive activities for each strategy for greater retention of each concept.
3. Determine at least one action step related to these strategies to implement immediately upon return to the workplace.
4. Be prepared to share these strategies with other colleagues in the workplace.
