This session will focus on recent developments affecting employer handbooks, focusing on compliance with the recent NLRB General Counsel’s Memorandum on Employer Rules and how it affects both union and non-union employers.
The session will also consider other recent changes affecting handbook compliance, including changes to the North Dakota Century Code.
