Accountability is not fun. Not for anybody. We all know it’s one of those things that just has to exist in order to build successful teams and organizations. When it doesn’t, you see people breaking promises and cutting corner, over and over again.
You might not feel the effects right away, but as time goes on the stress, frustration, and resentment will build for everybody involved. How do you build a culture of accountability that doesn’t feel so gross? Join my session to learn how to take this on with confidence and grace.
