About the Speakers:

Heather Ostrowski is an Organizational Development Specialist for Gate City Bank. She brings over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, sales, speaking, writing, and team/personal/professional development. She is a joyful connector of people to other people or resources they may need. She loves supporting her communities through volunteering and as a public speaker. 

Heather lives in Hawley, MN with her husband, Jeremy, son, Adam, and labradoodles, Eddie and Chase. They are active in soccer and football, enjoy doing puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. Their oldest son, Ethan, is a freshman at NDSU, and is a public speaker regarding Generation Z.
