Program:An internship is a mutually beneficial partnership between a student, a business, and a college. This type of partnership combines creative talent with a well-structured and meaningful work experience related to the participant’s academic or career interests. This session will identify how to build a successful partnership with both students and the colleges that they attend. We will hear from colleges, business partners and student Interns related on how to create a win/win/win for a successful internship program.
This session is Approved for 1.0 general recertification credit hours toward PHR/SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
