Speaker: Courtney Patt, Health Management Consulting Manager with Marsh McLennan Agency, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Attendees will learn the prevalence of mental health challenges in the workplace, the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health diagnoses and the affect they can have on our mind and body. We will discuss how the mental health of family members impacts our employees. Attendees will be empowered to become part of the solution! They’ll learn what role they can play in creating a supportive culture to kick the stigma associated with mental health as well as tools and resources to support themselves and those they care for.

Courtney Patt leads the Health Management Consultant team for Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Minneapolis, MN. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Corporate Wellness from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Intrinsic Coach, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
