About the Speaker:

Shannon Klick acts as subject matter expert for technology solutions and practices in the Upper Midwest Region of MMA. She is an advocate for clients and their client teams as they navigate the Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HRIS marketplace. She explores and understands client's system needs and business environment in order to effectively identify best-fit solutions. In her role, she participates client meetings to present product solutions and demonstrate technology platform expertise. Shannon helps her client’s reach their goals by creating and conducting market analysis of technology vendors to include features, pricing, differentiators and value propositions. She develops and maintains positive partnerships with technology vendors based on market analysis. Her key strengths are that she is action-oriented, eager to learn, and a collaborative partner.
