Educational Virtual Session 11:50 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Presented by Hannah Stonehouse Hudson
To register: Grief at Work: Empowering Yourself, Your Employees, and Coworkers
Grief has no timeline, and the process is not the same for everyone. It may be difficult to anticipate the needs of employees, coworkers, and yourself due to this. In this presentation, we will discuss ways to empower ourselves and others in our times of need.
Hannah Stonehouse Hudson is a motivational speaker, coach, and writer focused on grief, resilience, and transforming your pain to purpose. As a widow, cancer survivor, and chronic illness warrior, she strives to help individuals realize they are stronger than they know.
Many years ago, Hannah was thrust unwittingly into the spotlight when in the space of 4 months she had a photo go viral worldwide and then lost her husband to a tragic accident. In 2015 Hannah's TEDx Talk on Empathy and the Power of Virtual Communities had one goal: to empower people to face their fears and live their life fully when their world blows up. In 2020, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The lessons Hannah learned about resilience after her husband’s death have helped her immensely throughout her cancer journey.
