Overview:
This is a full day workshop with two sessions each morning and each afternoon.
The Morning sessions will be on Emotional Intelligence.
Session One: "Becoming an Emotionally Intelligent Leader." The emphasis will be -The Emotional Intelligence Leadership Competencies.
Session Two: "You Make Me So Mad!". The emphasis will be-Taking Charge of Your Emotional Life.
The afternoon sessions will be on Conflict Resolution.
Session One: "Getting Below the Surface of Conflict." The emphasis will be- Revealing the Seven Layers of Conflict.
Session Two: "Why Do People Engage in Difficult Behaviors?" The emphasis will be - The Four Fundamental Ways of Defining Conflict and the Methods for Changing Difficult behaviors.
Biography:
Rick Holmberg is a Certified Professional Coach. Rick is a member of and recognized by: the International Coach Federation, Center for Coaching Excellence, International Association of Coaching, Association for Professional Executive Coaching, Professional Coaches Mentors and Advisors and the International Coaching Council. Rick has college degrees in Business Administration and Theology.
This session is approved for for 6.0 (General re-certification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR re- certification through the HR Certification Institute.
