About the Speaker:
Jill Staffne
Fargo is home for Jill as she is a graduate of Fargo South High School, an NDSU grad with a degree in Business Administration, and now lives in West Fargo with her husband, their three kids, and their French Bulldog. In college, she had a dream of becoming a counselor and eventually fulfilled that dream when she landed her first HR job in the HR Department at Bell Bank in 2003. While working at Bell, Jill always wondered who was leading HR at Scheels. Little did she know, that job didn’t exist until she joined the team in 2013 as the Corporate HR Leader for Scheels. Scheels has 28 retail locations and 1 Corporate Office located in Fargo. They employ over 6,500 associates. Jill leads 28 HR teams across a 13 state footprint including a corporate office with over 240 associates.
Molly Stanley
Molly Stanley was born and raised in Detroit Lakes. After graduating high school she moved to Fargo and attended school at MState where she graduated with her Associates degree in HR Management.
Molly started her career in HR at an agricultural manufacturing company when she graduated and then made the move to Scheels almost 4 years ago where her focus is on hiring and general HR tasks.
When she is not working she enjoys traveling with her husband Brian and taking their dog, Copper, for long walks in the evenings.
