Shelly is the Managing Director of Vogel Business Solutions. She is SPHR certified and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University in Kansas City. Shelly has broad experience in human resources, operational and strategic leadership, organizational development, change management, leadership development and executive coaching. She has provided strategic human resource leadership to both private and non-profit organizations in many industries including engineering, health care, higher education, professional services and technology.
Shelly is recognized as a high energy, results based, visionary thinker, driven to lead change in a fast-paced team environment. She believes the key to success in any business is leveraging talent through effective people practices that drive engagement and results.
