Program Summary:
Have you ever been told that you should write a book because you have gone through so much? Maybe you find yourself saying, “no more” and then moving the line in the sand, one more time. Today is your day to go beyond coping and build true resilience.
Speaking from the heart, real and raw, Kim will show you how to create a plan to be resilient. Using the core principles of Determined-Decisions, Act Consistently, Mind Your Business, No Excuses, she will give you the tools and strength to toss the coping crown and take a flying leap of resilience!
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn the difference between coping and resilience.
2. Learn to use truth as a decision-making tool.
3. Understand willingness as the foundation of resilience.
4. Learn how excuses sneak in and derail our best efforts.
About the Speaker:
Kim Nagle is the founder and CEO of Upgrow Business International, a keynote speaker, coach and trainer. In her book, The DAMN Plan: For Freedom, Love and Money in Your Business, she shares her no excuses attitude and a call to answer the question, “Why haven’t you done what you said you would always do?” Kim believes that everyone is capable of taking authority over their lives, they just need a plan.
When she isn’t helping others achieve their dreams, she spends as much time as she can with her three kids and five granddaughters.
