Attendees will learn the strategies on how to create and nurture a healthy culture that drives productivity, performance, morale, happiness, retention and engagement. Attendees will also see what makes a healthy workplace and what holds one back.

  2. How to set a standard that cultivates a healthy culture
  3. When it’s worth investing in a third party and how they can help
  4. How to institute new policies and hold everyone accountable


About the Speaker:  

Heidi Lynne Kurter is a Forbes Senior Contributor, leadership coach and workplace culture consultant. As a coach, she helps transform managers into strong leaders. As a consultant, she builds and repairs toxic cultures that turn employees into evangelists. Heidi is a domestic violence mentor, anti-workplace bullying advocate and business mentor for Ivy League students.
