With a workforce that has much higher expectations regarding Communication, how do you communicate, what do you communicate, and how often to insure the transparency that maintains employee engagement? And how do you uncover the glass half full and boost morale? Hear solutions for all of these challenges, as well as information regarding Compassion, Scheduling, Wellness, Including your Team, Strategies for slower times, and keeping Customers first priority! Also hear how to stay more connected when many are working from home. This is an interactive session, please bring any challenges that you have regarding these areas!

About the Speaker:
