Program Summary:

How do you achieve results and lead your team in the most difficult times? There are many great webinars on the Family First Response Act and how to navigate the legalities for your employees, and of course that is important, but what about all of the morale and culture challenges that go with a pandemic like we are experiencing? With a workforce that has much higher expectations regarding Communication, how do you communicate, what do you communicate, and how often to insure the transparency that maintains employee engagement? And how do you uncover the glass half full and boost morale? Hear solutions for all of these challenges, as well as information regarding Compassion, Scheduling, Wellness, Including your Team, Strategies for slower times, and keeping Customers first priority! Also hear how to stay more connected when many are working from home. This is an interactive session, please bring any challenges that you have regarding these areas!
