In this interactive session, participants will discover their preferred communication style and more importantly, learn about others communication style. Individuals will learn characteristics of each communication style and how to work with those different from their own.
Learning Objectives:
1. Gain knowledge and understanding into how you and others communicate most often.
2. Learn to collaborate more effectively with individuals.
3. Learn to think outside of your communication comfort zone and stretch to others comfort zone.
4. Build better relationships across the organization through the process of communication.
With over 10 years of experience in the Learning and Development field, Mitch is not only passionate about leadership and organization development but also a culture champion. He is a 2017 graduate from the Chamber of Commerce’s FMWF Leadership program and serves as the Director of Program for North Dakota Leadership Seminar.
