This program will provide an overview of EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating System – and how the tools, methods and concepts within it will help you develop a more unified and transparent vision and leadership team to help take your company to a higher level, as well as to successfully attract and retain top talent.

2.       Distinguish how EOS implementation may positively address current organizational and HR issues and obstacles

3.       Identify potential implementation of EOS tools and concepts within current organization
