The presentation will focus on topics covering the basics of the North Dakota unemployment insurance program from an employer’s perspective. The presentation is designed to provide information every employer can benefit from. Understanding how the unemployment program operates and the employer’s role and responsibilities can result in reduced unemployment costs for employers.

Manages the Unemployment Insurance benefit process supporting claimants and employers. Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors developing strategic solutions. Attended the University of Mary and is a member of the International Association of Workforce Professionals.
