Presenter: Shannon Uecker, Noridian Administrative Services
Overview:
Businesses are no longer confined to the standard brick and mortar as in the past. The ever changing and fast paced working environment has expanded beyond the traditional four walls. Telecommuting offers benefits to both the employers and employees by offering a flexible work arrangement. It has been described as “moving the work to the workers, instead of the workers to the work"; developing management and staff to fit the telecommuting roles is key to making it a success.
