Work-Life Fusion
Educational Luncheon 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Presented by Dana Haagenson
To register: Work-Life Fusion
Program Summary:
Should we feel guilty when we check work email during family time? Are we cheating our company when we text our kids during the workday? With technology that connects all aspects of our lives and different expectations from multiple generations in the workplace, it is harder than ever to separate our personal and professional lives and achieve the balance we’ve all been striving for. Perhaps we should stop trying to achieve perfect balance and strive for a healthy fusion instead. In this session, we’ll introduce the concept of work-life fusion and discuss practical ways to find and maintain the right fusion for you.
Learning Objectives:
1. Differentiate between work-life balance and work-life fusion
2. Articulate aspects of your roles that build energy and areas that drain energy
3. Learn to create an individual approach to infuse more energy builders into your day
4. Explore tools for building an individualized plan that encompasses an infused approach to achieving personal and professional goals, while maintaining personal wellness
