How Emotional Intelligence Creates Organizational Culture
Educational Luncheon 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Presented by Rick Holmberg
To register: How Emotional Intelligence Creates Organizational Culture
Program Summary:
Documents don’t build culture, instead people do through their beliefs, behavior and the experience that their behavior delivers. The real culture isn’t on a mission statement, document on the wall or a file in HR. It’s how the boss believes and behaves and what the employees believe and how they behave and the experience that behavior creates for others and themselves.
Do you have core values or poster values? Is there a gap between what the mission statement says and the behavior of the staff? Do you have a culture that motivates to achieve or motivates to avoid punishment?
Learning Objectives:
1. Basic understanding of Emotional Intelligence
2. How to take charge of your emotions
3. How to stop outsourcing your emotions
4. How to build an elite culture
