To register: Mindfulness in the Workplace: Enable Employees to Improve Focus, Reduce Stress and Increase Productivity
Many of our employees spend more time in the workplace than we do anywhere else, and it is nearly impossible to avoid stress and conflict at work. Research also tells us that success in most organizations relies on positive decision making, effective collaboration, productivity, and creativity, which are the very things that stress can hinder.
In this session, we will introduce you to mindfulness techniques to enable your employees to relieve stress and improve productivity in the workplace. Learn about the benefits to the business, best practices for how to start a mindfulness program in your own organization, and strategies to shift your personal mindset. We will also share examples of how top employers are implementing mindfulness programs in their organizations and share resources to help you get started in your own mindfulness program.
