Overview:
Working to empower and serve the people you lead is the main concept behind Servant Leadership. Challenging them to go farther, reach higher, innovate and have fun doing it requires leadership skills that are beyond traditional "Command and Control" style of management. Through this workshop, you will learn and practice execution of the most critical skills needed for leading by serving first.

Tamara is Vice President of Dale Carnegie of
North Dakota
. Dale Carnegie of ND partners strategically with companies in
North Dakota
and around the world to increase their capacity to execute and drive business results by improving the skills and changing the behaviors of their most valuable asset, people.
Tamara received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Dakota,
Grand Forks
. She is a Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer. Tamara also brings over 18 years of business, leadership and sales experience to her facilitation.
