FMHRA is proud to announce that we are offering a certification preparation course this fall! We will be using the SHRM materials to present to participants. The HR body of knowledge is the same, however, HRCI and SHRM are offering different materials and testing is presented differently. The course will last for 12 weeks and meet on Thursday evenings at M-State in Moorhead. The course will run from September 1 - November 17 (begin before Labor day, complete before Holiday season) If you plan to participate, please register below.
Your cost will be for materials and facilitator fees, which we are able to offer at the cost of $600.
Janie Breth is the HR Generalist for Tecta America Dakotas, with locations across ND, her home office is in Fargo, ND.
She graduated from University of Mary with a degree in Management and has worked in various HR roles in the last 15 years. Janie previously held her PHR certification through HRCI and is now Senior Certified Professional through SHRM. Janie has promoted the HR profession by previously sitting on FMHRA Board as Director of Professional Development. She lives in Moorhead with her husband and has two children.
