8 Principles To Be Elite - Leading With Emotional Intelligence
Educational Luncheon 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Presented by: Rick Holmberg
To register: 8 Principles To Be Elite - Leading With Emotional Intelligence
Program Summary:
Fear is the number one barrier that keeps you rooted in the mundane and mediocre. You can’t ignore fear, suppress it or let it debilitate you.
Your greatest emotional defenses are built around your greatest personal weaknesses (your blind spots). Successful people take action despite their fears.
It is not a question of ignoring fear, but rather the opposite: you must face it, factor fear into your life, deal with it and conquer it.
Learning Objectives:
1. You will learn how to determine your core motivation, “why” you do what you do and stop committing self-sabotage.
2. You will learn how to sharpen your professional, competitive edge, i.e. what sets you apart.
3. You will learn how to judge yourself only in terms of your own abilities and stop the comparison game.
4. You will learn how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
