We will be using the SHRM materials to present to participants, but the facilitator is confident you can sit for either SHRM certification or HRCI certification with course preparation.
Your cost will be for materials and facilitator fees, which we are able to offer at the cost of $600.
Donette Peterson is the Director of Human Resources for Missouri Valley Petroleum, with locations across ND with its home office in Mandan, ND.
She graduated from Minot State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and worked in that field for 15 years. Donette started her career in Human Resources with Newman Signs in Jamestown and after moving to Fargo continuing and advancing her career working for Tharldson’s Enterprises, TerraMarc Industries, Vanity and Cetero Research.
Donette is certified as a Senior Professional of HR through HRCI, and Senior Certified Professional through SHRM. She is also a Predictive Index Analysis.
Donette has continued to promote the HR profession by teaching the certification course for the University of Mary, both in Fargo and Bismarck. Donette lives in Bismarck with her husband and has two adult children.
